Reporting for newsletter duty from a very different spot than the focus of my last newsletter – Koh Phangan, Thailand! It's been two years since I was here last time and boy, does tropical climate do wonders for my health. My HRV bounced back to normal after wobbling in the red and orange zone for months, the last of my coughing disappeared overnight, and somehow not even jetlag gets me down.
